Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining safe access to and from the yard. If we are unable to clean due to blocked or restricted access, the visit will still be charged (though we’re happy to work with you in one-off situations—life happens!).
- Please notify us promptly of any changes to the number of pets, yard access, or your account details.
- Timely payment of invoices is required to maintain service.
Weather Policy
In rare cases inclement weather may make it unsafe or impossible to complete your scheduled cleanup. In such cases, we will return to service your yard as soon as conditions allow. If we are unable to reschedule within the same week, we will not refund for the given week as we will be required to clean the leftover excess waste upon return.
Pet Absences & Service Pauses
If your pet(s) will not be using the yard for an extended period (e.g. vacation, illness), and you would like to pause service, please notify us in advance to avoid charges for unnecessary visits.
Billing & Cancellations
- We bill monthly on the 1st of each month as a subscription service.
- There are no contracts—you may cancel anytime with no hassle.
- If you cancel service mid-month, we will refund any unused portion of your payment.
Fees, Promotions & Payment Terms
Fees and promotions are subject to change. If any price adjustments are necessary, you’ll receive at least two (2) weeks’ notice.
Liability Disclaimer
We are not liable for damages to yards, gates, pets, or other property. Please ensure your yard is safely accessible during scheduled visits.
